How to Prepare

The word is WATER! Drink, Drink, Drink!!! Ideally, 1-2 liters is recommended on a daily basis… so bottoms up!

  1. Practice clean eating! The day of your session, DO NOT eat 2 hours prior to your session.

  2. Get moving! Working out is always a plus, your body will thank you.

  3. Lastly, remember to protect your peace! You will benefit the most when you are in good spirits, so come calm and collected and ready to relax

After Your Session: We ask that you eat very light, pure, and easy-to-digest foods for the remainder of the day, no nuts, nothing spicy, and ONLY steamed vegetables on the day of your session. Try to stay away from raw, overly rich, heavy foods. You have just cleaned your system so well, we want you to allow your body to rest and relax so it can go to work to heal you. We suggest fresh veggie juice, steamed veggies, a non-cream-based soup, light fish, and soft whole grains. Please try to stay away from alcohol it may cause a stomach ache because it is just too strong for a freshly cleansed system. It is fine to carry on with your daily routine, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, you be fine. If you are looking to make a group appointment please call 513-829-4923 for group availability. Cancelation Policy: Once your appointment is scheduled. You have a 24-hour window to cancel your appointment, or you will forfeit your 30% deposit that will be considered a cancellation fee. There is a reschedule limit of 2 times while scheduling your appointment online, BEFORE your 24-hour grace period. NO rescheduled appointments will be granted without calling to speak with a staff member to reschedule your appointment. Once you are outside your 24-hour window there is no refund for cancellation.
